S.C.H. Industry Co.,Ltd. Although being a young company already
has established a leading position in the Thailand Automotive
Aftermarket and is now exporting to markets throughout the world.
S.C.H. has clearly focused it's resources on meeting the real
needs of the customers. Because of the rapid changes in the
automotive industry one of the consequences of this is the need
to keep pace.

Manufacturing disc brake pads is more than just putting
a piece of friction material on a backing plate, it is about
safety and performance. S.C.H.'s disc pad range is formulated
with the understanding of how a vehicle and it's braking system
operates and performs under various loads, road and traffic
condition, along with different driving styles.
We ensure that our disc brake pads perform in all these conditions.
Thailand like most other countries around the world has a
wide range of vehicles, from locally produced to imports from
other South-East Asia, Europe, Australia and America.
This diverse range of vehicles creates many different part numbers
which must be produced quickly. This necessitates a high level
of flexibility in tooling, production facilities and shorter
production runs with emphasis on quick tooling changes for the
many part numbers.
All S.C.H.'s disc brake pads are semi-metallic derivatives,
formulated for high performance over a wide temperature range,
with no noise, no squeal, minimum dusting, whilst ensuring excellent
fade characteristics and low rotor wear.
S.C.H.'s research, development and vehicle testing departments
continue to evaluate new environmentally safe materials to ensure
we have the formulations that will keep ahead of today's requirements.

ASSURANCE
Quality assurance is the foundation on which S.C.H. has
built it's company. Every facet of our business from customer
contact to manufacture is guided by quality processes. The
importance of quality in brake friction material cannot be
taken for granted. Our quality procedures ensure our products
perform at the maximum levels throughout their life in all
types of braking conditions.
Our manufacturing processes are guided by quality procedures
designed to ensure our products not only stop the vehicle
efficiently and effectively, but also maintain fell and sensitivity
in the brake pedal, plus cause no damage to the rotor surfaces
along with no noise and minimum dust emission from the disc
brake pad. |

Quality checking and rechecking are key procedures in each
stage of manufacture. This checking is measured against tolerances
to ensure complete conformance to the strict standards and
performance characteristics are being adhered to. This not
only applies to the disc pads we produce, but also to the
raw materials we source from our suppliers.
We source raw materials both locally and internationally and
in each instance our suppliers are given specification sheets
that they must conform with consistently. At no stage in our
process are out of specification products considered. At every
stage of manufacture consistent quality is paramount.
Exhaustive field and laboratory testing is undertaken on all
our product range from which data is taken and analysed. The
results ensure that we keep pace with the ever changing requirement
of the materials for today's motor car.
